Leaders to make ideals real

The leaders are the embodiment of ideas. What gives power to leadership is the ‘capacity’ to embody visionary ideas and not to be afraid of ideals. There are many who possess the traits of a strong personality and a few given to represent and express the ideals. Leadership is dualism between instinct and vision, between the present and the future. It satisfies the body’s need for survival in the present and the need to idealize the mind to imagine the distant and wonderful, to be captivated by the vision.

Idealism has an immense power, able to move entire populations
